How to get a refund

If an app isn't working out for you, you can request a refund through Apple.

Through Apple's website

  1. Go to reportaproblem.apple.com.
  2. Sign in with your Apple ID.
  3. Find the LumaSpace purchase in your list.
  4. Click Report a Problem and select a reason.
  5. Submit. Apple usually responds within 48 hours.

Through us

Email hello@maclovekit.com and tell us what happened. If it's within 30 days of purchase, we'll sort it out. No questionnaire, no "retention call."

Good to know

  • Refunds are handled by Apple since they process the payment.
  • If you have a technical issue, reach out to us first – we might be able to fix it.
  • Lifetime purchases are also refundable within 30 days.
