How to get a refund
If an app isn't working out for you, you can request a refund through Apple.
Through Apple's website
- Go to reportaproblem.apple.com.
- Sign in with your Apple ID.
- Find the LumaSpace purchase in your list.
- Click Report a Problem and select a reason.
- Submit. Apple usually responds within 48 hours.
Through us
Email hello@maclovekit.com and tell us what happened. If it's within 30 days of purchase, we'll sort it out. No questionnaire, no "retention call."
Good to know
- Refunds are handled by Apple since they process the payment.
- If you have a technical issue, reach out to us first – we might be able to fix it.
- Lifetime purchases are also refundable within 30 days.
