Different wallpaper per monitor

If you have more than one screen connected to your Mac, you can set a different live wallpaper on each one.

Setting per-monitor wallpapers

  1. Open LumaSpace.
  2. Apply a wallpaper as you normally would. By default, it appears on your main monitor.
  3. To set a wallpaper on a specific screen, look for the display/monitor selector in the wallpaper detail view. This lets you choose which screen to apply to.
  4. Repeat with a different wallpaper for your other screen.

Using the menu bar on a second monitor

  • Move your mouse to your second monitor.
  • Click the star icon in the menu bar.
  • The quick controls show info specific to that screen — you can manage its wallpaper separately.

Tip: Each screen remembers its own wallpaper. If you restart your Mac, both screens resume their individual wallpapers.
